Refunds will be made as per the policies mentioned below. POLICY A
Policy A applies to all Mission1Success courses under the categories of Digital Marketing , Data Science, Python
Cancellations prior to the course
In case you’re unable to attend the course and want a refund prior to the course commencement date, we will refund the full amount to you.
Withdrawals during the Course
If you don’t see the tremendous value you expected in our product, and you wish to withdraw within the first 2 Classes, we will proceed with a 100% refund – no questions asked.
However, once you have attended more than 2 days of the course, you will not be eligible for any refund.
No Admission transfer from one learner to the other
Transfers to another batch
You are free to change your batch at any point of time before the commencement of the course, at no extra charge.
If for any reason you are unable to continue or complete the course, we would be happy to accommodate you in a different batch of the same course, at no additional cost.
POLICY B
Policy B applies to all Self-Paced Programs (E-Learning Programs) of Mission1Success. Cancellations would be permitted as per –
If you wish to extend access to an e-learning program by a month, please write to us at musicpublisher.in@gmail.com and we will be happy to extend the program for a maximum period of one month. For extension beyond a month, you would need to pay 50% of the course price.
NOTE:
- All cancellation, rescheduling and substitution requests must be notified to us by email at helpmission1success@gmail.com
- You are not eligible for refunds, if you have accessed and downloaded the course material.
- All refunds will be credited back to your account within 10-15 business days of the refund request.
- Refunds or credits for rescheduling the training cannot be issued for non-attendance.
- Mission1Success may modify its refund policy at any time without notice, provided however that the refund policy in effect at the time of any transaction shall apply to such purchase despite any subsequent change in such policy.
- If you do not notify in writing about your cancellation or reschedule, or do not attend the training, you would not be offered a refund, nor the option to reschedule.
Cancellations or rescheduling by Digital Nest
- Mission1Success reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time, including but not limited to, insufficient registrations, trainer unavailability, or if the trainer could not attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Mission1Success not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class.

रिफंड (यदि लागू हो)
यदि आपका अपलोड किया गया गाना हमारे गुणवत्ता जांच परीक्षण में खरा नहीं उतरता है तो धन वापस कर दिया जाएगा। इस मामले में, आपको अपलोड की गई सामग्री हमारी गुणवत्ता जांच में विफल होने के बारे में सूचित किया जाएगा और राशि आपको 7-8 दिनों के भीतर वापस कर दी जाएगी।
जब तक आपके गाने की स्थिति संसाधित नहीं हो जाती, QC लंबित नहीं हो जाता, QC स्वीकृत नहीं हो जाता तब तक मेल के माध्यम से रिफंड मांगा जा सकता है। एक बार जब आपके गीत की स्थिति पूर्ण में बदल जाती है तो हम धनवापसी की पेशकश नहीं कर पाएंगे।
यदि आपका गाना अपलोड होने के 15 दिनों के भीतर किसी भी प्लेटफॉर्म पर लाइव नहीं होता है तो हम पूरी रकम वापस कर देंगे।
यदि हम अपनी ओर से आपका गाना हटा देंगे तो हम आपका गाना वापस कर देंगे
दोष होने पर रिफंड की भी पेशकश की जाती है, लेकिन समाप्त हो चुकी सदस्यताओं पर कोई रिफंड नहीं होता है।

-अपलोडर द्वारा जबरन हटाया गया
-अधिकारों के उल्लंघन के मामले में तीसरे पक्ष द्वारा निष्कासन
-दुर्व्यवहार या अनुचित शब्दों का प्रयोग
-सभी सब्सक्रिप्शन के 1 महीने के बाद
-यदि यह एक कवर गीत है तो बिना किसी रिफंड के इस ऑर्डर को रद्द कर दें
-अनधिकृत अपलोड या उचित अधिकार के बिना कवर गीत अपलोड करने के मामले में हटाया जाएगा
-Hungama CRBT के सामग्री दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार कोई भी सामग्री जिसमें Brand Name, शरारत, राजनीतिक, विज्ञापन, कॉर्पोरेट गीत/स्वर, राष्ट्रगान, करंट अफेयर्स, दिल्ली किसान विरोध, आपत्तिजनक शब्द या आईवीआरएस शामिल है, लाइव नहीं होगा, क्योंकि ये Hungama CRBT पर गैर-अनुपालन माना जाता है
